Outcome Foundation is a crypto-native, mission-driven organization governed by token holders, contributors, and ecosystem participants.

• Decision-Making: The Foundation currently maintains multisig control over protocol upgrades and treasury allocations. Governance will progressively decentralize over time.

• Transparency: All proposals, decisions, and protocol upgrades are published openly and stored permanently on Arweave.

• Community Participation: Token holders and contributors shape key areas of protocol evolution—including market creation, grant distribution, and research prioritization—through staking, signaling, and voting mechanisms.
